Project Organization

At Bruns-Gutzwiller, we view every project as an extension of our organization, and we attribute our success to our Project Managers. All of our PMs are principals, who fulfill the crucial role of single management responsibility at the core of our business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager partnership offers timely estimating, competitive subcontractor bidding, purchasing and awarding, scheduling, expediting, and progress meeting management, all contributing to swift decision-making and timely project completion. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for creating and monitoring the CPM schedule, establishing and monitoring cost controls, processing and distributing shop drawings and samples, and securing permits as required. Ultimately, the Project Manager provides responsive service to both the owner and architects.

The true strength of our project organization lies in our superintendents, who have an average of more than 25 years of project supervision experience. They are responsible for providing job site directions and facilitating effective communication between Bruns-Gutzwiller and the owner. They play a crucial role in our company safety program, educating and supervising our employees on safety regulations based on their OSHA certification.

Safety is our top priority

Our Safety Manager ensures that weekly safety inspections, as well as day-to-day safety monitoring by our project Superintendent is conducted in a safe work environment. We firmly believe that a safe job is a job done successfully!

We PRIORITIZE SAFETY on every project and ALWAYS have a DEDICATED safety manager physically on each work site.
